Highlander was selected in an invitation only competitive bid process to be the general contractor for this hotel project.​ This project was the complete renovation of an existing concrete structure. Work included adding an additional floor to the existing 2-story structure. Included all new site work, paving, drainage, grading & landscaping. Included (2) new elevators and extensive structural modifications.
