Highlander was selected in as the General Contractor for this unique project that combines elements of hospitality, commercial and residential construction.  The construction included heavy timber framing, challenging site topography, and unique geometric considerations.  The geometry of the project and that layout on the site required Highlander to use surveying equipment to ensure correct layout and coordination.
